XRS was started by Stephen Roux a 40 year veteran in the Engineering Industry after determining a need for a multi-disciplinary company that provides a hands-on approach to all of the clients’ project management and engineering needs. The idea is to provide the client with various options according to their specific project requirements, ranging from PMC (project management services),long and short term services, extra man power and ad hoc TSS ( technical support services).
